How can I track my order status?

After your order is successful, you can sign in your account, through the "order status" to know the current status of your order.Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically, please feel free to contact your delivery company to track your package. Or please do not hesitate to c ontac t our customer service department to check the most updated status of your order. We are more than happy to further assist you.

Delivery Policy

As a feature of mariacommunion.com, all of our products can be customized and a separate customer can customize products. Non-custom products order processing time is 7 days, custom communion dress processing time is slightly longer 7 days. After the order processing is completed, we will immediately ship. Before the order, please predict our order processing time.

We mainly use DHL way to transport, DHL transport to the rest of the world, probably need 3-7 working days. We can not ensure the items’ delivery time, but you can check the package in DHL official website by the tracking number: http://www.dhl.com.

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), mariacommunion.com can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. Total delivery time (total time) = Tailoring time + Shipping time (3-7 Working days)

The tailoring time is written on every product page. You can check them upon ordering. Do not forget to add the shipping time to get your estimated delivery time. Tailoring times vary depending on the season. The valid tailoring time is always the one written on the website at the date you order.
